LINK Model 2000标准摩擦力测试台架        

LINK Model 2000标准惯量台架专为在开发乘用车和轻型货车液压制动卡钳、摩擦材料、制动鼓和制动盘时执行全球常用测试规程设计。其紧凑设计能够高效、经济地评估 制动器的摩擦力增长、设计和质量控制。 

The Model 2000 Friction Standard Dynamometer (Model 2000) is designed specifically to conduct the most commonly run global test procedures for development of hydraulically actuated brake calipers, friction materials, drums and rotors for passenger vehicles and light trucks. Its compact layout efficiently and economically allows evaluation of brake friction development, design and quality control.

The Model 3000 Dynamometer is a full-sized system specifically designed to evaluate braking performance characteristics up to 5650 Nm for automotive and light truck brake assemblies. This state-of-the-art machine incorporates a 2-disc inertia section combined with electric motor Inertia Simulation (I-Sim) capability to replicate actual operating conditions.

The Model 3000 is the perfect machine for running research and development test protocols on brake calipers, friction material, drums and rotors in a controlled test environment that has been proven to correlate with vehicle test data.

 

LINK Model 3900 NVH制动台架   

LINK Model 3900 NVH制动台架是一款专为评估11300牛米以下汽车和中型货车制动系统噪音、振动和不平顺性(NVH)设计的全套设备。这款先进的设备配备能够执行低速制动阻力协议的186千瓦电机, 可使用车辆悬挂夹具精确再现系统的NVH频率。为了真实再现道路测试环境,气候控制试验密封舱中带有悬挂夹具。试验舱被设计成自由声场舱,使M3900非常适合用于制动系统NVH的研发。

The Model 3900 Dynamometer is a full-sized machine specifically designed to evaluate Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) of brake system for automotive and medium truck applications up to 11,300 Nm. This state-of-theart machine incorporates a 186 kW motor capable of low speed brake drag protocols while utilizing a vehicle suspension fixture to accurately reproduce system NVH frequencies. To further duplicate the on-road test conditions the suspension fixture is contained within a climatic controlled test enclosure. The test enclosures is designed as an acoustic free field chamber making the Model 3900 a perfect machine for research and development of brake system NVH.

Additionally, the Model 3900 is a multi-purpose dynamometer that allows for performance brake testing. The dynamometer is fully capable to conduct all of the standard brake performance test procedures. Having one dynamometer that is qualified to conduct both NVH and performance tests can be advantageous in brake development.

The Model 6900 Commercial Vehicle Brake Dynamometer (Model 6900) is a full-sized system robustly designed to evaluate braking performance characteristics up to 35,000 Nm for off-highway and commercial vehicle applications. This state-of-the-art machine incorporates a multi-disc inertia section combined with electric motor I-Sim capability to replicate exact test conditions required for brake testing. The Model 6900 is a qualified machine for research and development of drum brakes, air disc brakes, hydraulic disc brakes, and friction material within a structured test setting that is proven to compare with full vehicle results.

 

LINK Model 7200-A高速铁路制动台架

7200-A 型高速铁路制动台架具有自动惯性变化功能,是一款高效、可靠的列车制动性能和噪声测试工具。可在气动制动器总成上执行控制输入或输出测试,并精确测量性能、有效性、热容量、噪音和振动以及与制动运行相关的其他属性。此款台架采用四个自动结合机械惯量盘和电惯量模拟,能够模拟各种惯量值。

The Model 7200-A High Speed Rail Brake Dynamometer with automated inertia change is an efficient and accurate tool for train brake performance and noise testing. It performs controlled input or output tests on pneumatically actuated brake assemblies, and precisely measures performance, effectiveness, thermal capacity, noise and vibration, and other attributes related to in-service braking. Employing four clutched mechanical discs and electrically simulated inertia , this dynamometer is able to reproduce a wide range of automated inertia values.

LINK RegenSim 2.0新能源汽车再生制动测试系统RegenSim 2. 0使用多项式函数来模拟车辆道路载荷。在配备惯量模拟和以太网伺服控制器的台架上,电机模拟再生制动的扭矩和道路载荷,来动态调整制动器的工作量。软件使用简单的扭矩和速度曲线来实现。控制软件可以在不同的章节根据调用不同的力矩速度曲线,从而模拟不同车辆的再生制动系统      

Regensim 2.0 uses polynomial functions to simulate vehicle road loads.On a test bench equipped with inertia simulation and Ethernet servo controller, the motor simulates regenerative braking torque and road load to dynamically adjust brake workload. The software uses simple torque and speed curves to achieve this. The control software can be cancelled in different chapters according to the call of different torque, so as to simulate the regenerative braking system of different vehicles.
