盛东科技有限公司成立于2008年，座落于中国安徽省天长市，股份制企业，隶属于江淮（实业）集团，是一家专业从事粉末橡胶、丁腈胶乳、丁苯胶乳产品的研发、生产和销售的科技型企业。是中国最早研发和生产特种合成橡胶企业，中国摩擦密封材料协会会员单位。

公司现有员工120余人，其中各类技术人员48人，高级技术人员 13人，专家5人。公司占地面积18000多平方米，注册资本5018万元，总投资6000多万元。一期可年生产合成胶乳及粉末橡胶15000吨。2012年开发出改进型耐高温粉末丁腈橡胶已申请国家专利。2013年成功研制出不含氯离子的新型粉末丁腈橡胶，解决了摩擦制品生锈的技术难题，在国内外市场皆有良好的反映，已得到广泛应用。“盛东”牌系列产品不仅畅销国内市场，而且已远销欧美、非洲、亚洲等多个国家和地区。

The company covers an area of 18000 square meters, the registered capital of 50.18 million RMB and the total investment is more than about 60 million RMB. A period of annual production of Synthetic Latex and Rubber Powder can reach 15000 tons. The Nitrile Rubber is improved high-temperature powder, which is developed by our company in 2012 and has applied for national patent. Then we developed a new type of no chlorine ion powder Nitrile Butadiene Rubber in 2013, to solve the technical problems concerning the rust of friction products .
