临沂盖氏机械有限公司始建于1992年，是国内专业生产汽车盘式刹车片、钢背及鼓式刹车片和刹车片模具的领先企业。公司占地面积13.6万平方米，建筑面积6.66万平方米，员工600余人，现有生产、检测设备300台（套），年产盘式刹车片600万套，钢背9000万片，鼓式刹车片200万套，刹车片模具600多套。公司技术力量雄厚，一直致力于新产品、新工艺的研究开发，不断有新产品推出问世，目前已拥有产品型号2000余种，畅销国内60多家客户，出口美国、加拿大、印度、韩国、哥伦比亚等国家和地区，在国内外享有良好信誉。

Linyi Gaishi Machinery Co.,Ltd. was established in 1992, which is the professional manufacturer of disc brake pads, backing plates and cold & hot pressing molds, and it is the largest domestic producer of backing plates in mainland China. The factory has total areas of 136,000 square meters including building area of 66,600 square meters and total fixed assets of U.S. $60 million with 600 employees.  In term of capacity, there are more than 210 sets advanced punching machines and two production lines with automatic machines, the annual output for brake pads and backing plates are 8 million sets (6 million disc brake pads and 2 million drum brake linings) and 90 million pieces, respectively. Moreover, we also have more than 2000 types of molds. Currently, our products have been the best-selling-goods among domestic market, we also export to North America, Southeast Asia and Middle East.

Gaishi Machinery has developed consistent business relationship with more than 40 manufacturers in domestic China. It always persists in safe, environment-friendly development standards, which is well recognized by its customers in domestic China.

It currently has over 2000 product references with 15% new product development rate per annum. Products export to more than 10 countries, such as United States, Canada, India, Korea, and Columbia with market scattering on North America, South America, Southeast Asia and Middle East, etc. The company has 3 brake pad production lines, with annual capacity of 600 million sets. 10 backing plates production lines, including 2 automatic production lines, along with 9000 pieces annual capacity. It has independent tooling development center, decoiler and cutting facilities for steel rolls, stable finished goods inventory, which increases working efficiency and productivity.
