济南悦创液压机械制造有限公司成立于2010年7月，是研发、制造、销售液压缸、液压系统、液压压力机、刹车片热压机和液压机械设备的高新技术企业、山东省“专精特新”中小企业、山东省科技型中小企业、济南市“瞪羚企业”。公司已通过IATF16949:2016质量认证、GB/T19001-2016质量管理体系认证、GB/T29490-2013知识产权管理体系认证。至今，已向国内冶金、汽车、高铁、石油、橡塑等行业提供了大量的高技术、高质量的液压产品。我公司是中国铁路总公司、中石油、中石化、中国重汽、中船重工、中化集团等大型央企的合格供应商，也是汽车摩擦材料设备的主要供应商。
公司坚持创新发展的道路，自主研发了一系列的新型产品，已授权发明专利10项，实用新型专利30多项，研发的160T全自动等比热压成型机荣获济南市“首台套技术装备”荣誉称号，入选了济南市优势工业产品目录。

The company currently has a production workshop area of over 7000 square meters. The total number of employees is 100, with over 30% being undergraduate or above. Annual production capacity: 600 sets of brake pad equipment in various series, 1000 sets of large and medium-sized hydraulic systems and valve groups, and 100000 hydraulic cylinders.
八工位全自动等比热压机用于盘式刹车片的热压成型，该产品经查新及科技成果评价，其主要技术指标达到同类产品的国际先进水平。该设备分为两种型号：160T四腔压机适用于小盘片生产，200T二腔压机适用于大盘片生产。每台设备配置八个压制工位，每个工位可以生产一个品种。每个工位的压制参数能够单独控制，独立操作。八工位全自动等比热压机将自动称料机、六轴机器人及等比热压机集成于一体，统一控制。实现参数自动传输、自动称料、自动接料、自动摊平、自动清理模具自动喷洒脱模剂、自动加料、自动放钢背、自动压制、自动拾取产品功能实现刹车片热压成型的自动化生产，并预留接口保证甲方可以通过扫条码自动导入所有工作所需参数。

The eight station fully automatic proportional hot press integrates an automatic weighing machine, a six axis robot, and a proportional hot press for unified control. Realize automatic parameter transmission, automatic weighing, automatic material receiving, automatic leveling, automatic cleaning of molds, automatic spraying of release agent, automatic feeding, automatic steel back placement, automatic pressing, and automatic product picking functions to achieve automatic production of brake pad hot pressing, and reserve interfaces to ensure that Party A can automatically import all necessary parameters for work by scanning barcodes.
