罗迪格混合系统，带有特制可更换的犁刀和飞刀，保证特定物料的均匀性和纤维强化。水平和垂直混合器均可以高速或低速运转。犁刀将混合物料抛起、形成机械流化床，飞刀高速旋转，分散纤维物质。处理过程的决定因素是犁刀、飞刀叶片的形状和飞刀速度之间的配合。
混合时间和飞刀速度对于保持添加物料的特性和混合物的体积密度有至关重要的影响。纤维和添加物料的均匀混合能够产生具有良好流动性的最终产品。
Lödige Mixing Systems with specially adapted shovels and choppers guarantee specified homogeneity and vital individualization of fibres.Both horizontal and vertical mixers are available foroperation at high or low speed. The mixing elements lead the mixing components to the high speed choppers where,in the same way as hay is tossed on the land, the fibres are individualized and dispersed by the choppers. Decisive factors in this process are the coordination of the mixing shovels, shape of the chopper blades and chopper speeds.
The mixing time and chopper speeds have a profound effect on the filler retaining properties and bulk density of the mix. An homogeneous mix of fibrous and filler components produces an end product with excellent flowing properties.
