摩擦材料核心产品
1、摩擦材料专用焦炭粉
以优质煅烧焦为原料,通过高温煅烧等技术,形成碳含量≥98.5%、硫≤0.5%、灰分≤0.5%的高纯度焦炭粉。
其独特的颗粒级配技术可增强摩擦材料的抗衰退性、耐磨性和制动灵敏度,广泛应用于汽车刹车片、高铁制动衬片及工业摩擦组件,满足高温高压工况下的性能需求。
2、摩擦材料合成石墨

1. Special Coke Powder for Friction Materials
Using high-quality calcined coke as raw material, through high-temperature calcination and other technologies, high-purity coke powder is produced with carbon content ≥98.5%, sulfur ≤0.5%, ash content ≤0.5%.
Its unique particle grading technology enhances the friction resistance, wear resistance and braking sensitivity of friction materials. It is widely used in automotive brake pads, high-speed rail brake linings and industrial friction components, meeting performance requirements under high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions.
2. Synthetic Graphite for Friction Materials
