1、岩棉纤维摩擦绒,是采用优质玄武岩原料生产的高档玄武岩棉纤维,经特殊工艺加工而成,具有优良的化学稳定性、耐热性和耐水性,有利于显著提高摩擦材料的耐高温和耐磨损性能。 酸度系数高,显著提高摩擦系数。
2、陶瓷纤维摩擦绒是选用优质陶瓷纤维棉原料,并选用特殊工艺生产的优质石棉替代材料,耐火度超过1580℃,熔点1800℃以上,有利于提高摩擦材料的耐高温、耐磨损性能,是生产高档摩擦材料的理想纤维材料。
3、 可溶纤维摩擦绒是选用优质硅酸镁纤维棉原料,该产品熔点在1500℃,有利于提高摩擦材料的耐高温、耐磨损性能,增强作用突出。

2.Ceramic Fiber Friction Flock is a high-quality asbestos substitute material made from premium ceramic fiber cotton raw materials using a special production process. With a refractoriness exceeding 1580°C and a melting point above 1800°C, it helps improve the high-temperature resistance and wear resistance of friction materials, making it an ideal fiber material for manufacturing high-grade friction products.
3.Soluble Fiber Friction Flock is produced from high-quality magnesium silicate fiber cotton raw materials. The product has a melting point of 1500°C, contributing to improved high-temperature resistance and wear resistance of friction materials, with prominent reinforcing effects.
