一、无石棉摩擦材料基材（应用于汽车离合器面片）
采用空气摩擦纺纱工艺，将腈纶纤维、粘胶纤维、芳纶纤维等多种纤维缠包于玻纤、铜丝等表层，制成包芯纱，再与其它纤维并捻成型，根据客户需要可以织成基布或直接络纱包装成品，用于汽车离合器面片的增强材料。
代表产品：
包芯布（纱）、复合布（纱）、芳纶复合布（纱）、高捻布（纱）、多铜复合布（纱）等。
二、无石棉密封材料基材（应用于编织盘根）
采用空气摩擦纺纱工艺，将腈纶等纤维缠包于玻纤表层，制成包芯纱，再N根纱线并捻、络纱成型，用于编织盘根的基材。
代表产品：
亚戈力纱、芳纶亚戈力纱、白芳纶亚戈力纱、PA纤维纱、碳纤维亚戈力纱等。
三、无石棉刹车带及其纱线（应用于船舶锚机、桩机、大型机械制动、石油钻井平台等领域）
刹车带纱线：采用空气摩擦纺纱工艺，将腈纶纤维、粘胶等纤维缠包于玻纤和铜丝表层，制成包芯纱，再N根纱线并捻、络纱成型，用于编织刹车带的基材。
四、刹带带：将刹车带纱线通过专用织带机编织成5mm~30mm厚的带子，根据客户需要可以原带子直接包装成品，也可以将原带子浸渍树脂，烘干，再裁剪成各种宽度和长度的编织树脂刹车带。

1. Asbestos-free friction material base material (applied to automobile clutch surface)

2. Non-asbestos sealing material base material (used for braided packing)
Using air friction spinning process, acrylic fiber and other fibers are wrapped on the glass fiber surface to make core yarn, and then N yarns are twisted and yarn forming to weave the base material of the disk root.

3. Asbestos-free brake belt and its yarn (applied to Marine windlass, pile machine, large-scale mechanical brake, oil drilling platform, etc.)
Brake tape yarn: air friction spinning process is adopted to wrap acrylic fiber, viscose and other fibers on the surface of glass fiber and copper wire to make core yarn. Then N yarns are twisted and yarn is formed to A substrate for braiding brake bands.
Brake belt: the brake belt yarn can be woven into a 5mm~30mm thick belt through a special ribbon loom. According to customer needs, the original belt can be directly packaged into finished products, or the original belt can be impregnated with resin, dried, and then cut into a variety of width and length of braided resin brake belt.
