北京恒年伟业矿物纤维加工有限公司成立于2009年,是在北京恒年技贸公司原昌平沙河基地于1997年研发的复合矿物纤维新产品的基础上而投资新建的一条中式生产线,是我国最早生产复合矿物纤维的企业。公司位于北京市房山区青龙湖镇,占地20余亩,生产和试验场地3800多平方米;公司又在内蒙古托克托县工业园区建有一条陶瓷棉加工生产线;为了进一步提升我国摩擦材料用单一矿物纤维的产品一致性,保证产品质量稳定,我们与内蒙古普泽新材料科技有限公司合作,利用已有的热熔渣资源在内蒙古丰镇市科技工业园投入了一条年产二万吨的热熔碴调质矿岩棉生产线,一期一万吨的用于摩擦材料的单一矿棉纤维已投产上市。
除了摩擦材料用矿物纤维以外,公司还生产复合矿物纤维,碳陶复合纤维,无机工程纤维,以及高耐火喷涂复合材料,并于 2023 年4月推出了新型无机陶瓷绒(无机浆粕),以减少芳纶浆粕的使用量。
公司是国内首个复合矿物纤维申报企业,并拥有著名企业商标--FKF, 在国内外同行业中有着非常大的影响力;公司已获得国家高新技术企业的资格;已通过ISO9000质量管理体系认证。

The first phase of 10000 tons of single mineral wool fiber used for friction materials has been put into production and listed.
In addition to mineral fibers used for friction materials, the company also produces composite mineral fibers, carbon ceramic composite fibers, inorganic engineering fibers, and high fire-resistant spray composite materials. In April 2023, the company launched a new type of inorganic ceramic fluff (inorganic pulp) to reduce the use of aramid pulp.
The company is the first composite mineral fiber application enterprise in China, and has a famous enterprise trademark - FKF, which has a very big influence in the same industry at home and abroad.
