COSMOS PRESS is established by the Hong Kong listed company "COSMOS Machinery Enterprise” in 1979, as a professional manufacturer of hydraulic presses, customized hydraulic presses, and grinding wheel production lines. 四工序钢背自动化生产线
四工序钢背自动化生产线工艺工序流程:
1、压斜边→冲孔→拔钉→精修→磨毛刺
2、压斜边→拔钉→冲孔→精修→磨毛刺
3、具备压平或者弯曲功能,也可实现打LOGO功能。
生产效率:
生产节拍:600~720次/小时,(10~12次/分钟),
占地面积;
四工序钢背自动化生产线占地面积为传统生产线占地面积一半,甚至更少,实际占地面积(约):4600*2800mm2。
操作方式及人员:
熟练工1名(往后,一人多台)
节能效果:
采用先进的伺服驱动油泵系统,加上公司多年的制造经验,相比传统的冲床,可节能达30-50%。
单工位伺服油压机
上缸四柱伺服油压机适用工序:
压斜边、冲孔、拔钉、精修、整形。
上缸四柱伺服油压机生产效率:
如主缸行程设定为80mm,(快速下行70mm,慢速压制10mm),伺服油压机完成一次循环压制时间为:2.2秒~2.5秒(不含机械手动作时间)。
节能效果:
采用先进的伺服驱动油泵系统,加上公司多年的制造经验,相比传统的油压机,可节能达30-50%。

Four-process steel back automatic production line process flow:
1. Press beveling → punching → nail pulling → finishing → burrs grinding
2. Press beveling → nail pulling → punching → finishing → burrs grinding
3. With flattening or bending function, and LOGO function

The four-process steel back automatic production line occupies half of the area of the traditional production line, or even less. The actual area (approximately): 4600*2800mm.

Using advanced servo-driven oil pump system, coupled with the company's many years of manufacturing experience, compared with traditional punching machine saving 30-50% energy.
Single station servo hydraulic press
Applicable process of down stroke four-column servo hydraulic press:
Pressing beveling, punching, nail pulling, finishing, burrs grinding.
Production efficiency:
If the stroke of the main cylinder is set to 80mm, (fast down 70mm, slow compression 10mm), the servo hydraulic press completes a cycle of pressing time: 2.2 seconds to 2.5 seconds (not including manipulator action time).
Energy saving effect:
