脱模剂KW—121
性能：KW—121脱模剂为多种有机物质聚合物的水溶性高品质脱模剂，外观为淡黄色或奶黄色。专用于各种高温模压制品的脱模。在140℃—210℃更能显示该产品优异的脱模效果。制作成品表面光洁，不影响后续加工或涂装，可以高倍稀释，在使用中无烟、无异味、操作现场清洁。
用途：
1. 各种酚醛树脂制品的所有形式，如刹车片、刹车带、离合器片、车门饰等。
2. 木质纤维制品、硬橡胶、硬质塑料制品等的脱模。
使用方法：
1. 将KW—121加水稀释15倍—25倍并搅拌均匀。
2. 均匀地涂抹于清洁的模具上，待水分充分挥发后生产。
3. 首次使用应多喷涂几遍，并视生产过程中的情况补喷，使其涂层均匀，确保最佳的脱模效果。
包装储运：KW—121采用25/50/200公斤塑铁桶装。按非危险品运，密闭贮存于阴凉、通风处。

使用方法：使用本品前，应先除去模具上残留的脱模剂或其他杂质， 将模具清理干净。将本品用水稀释至您所需要的合适比例（加水 20倍左右），使用喷壶喷于清洁的模具上（或用布直接涂抹），成品表面 光洁不影响二次涂装和加工。在生产过程中应视情况进行补喷，从而 保持最佳的脱模效果。
