Xi 'an shuntong electromechanical institute of applied technology is specialized in the development, research and production of full-automatic testing equipment for friction material performance testing. This enterprise technical force is abundant, which is the collection of scientific research, development, production and  sale among the whole Xi 'an high and new technology enterprise, which highly master the integration of electromechanical and gas integration technology, mechanical transmission technology, pneumatic conversion technology, sensor transformer technology, electronic integration technology, special intelligent control technology, inertial simulation brake testing technology, samples scaling testing technology and instantaneous value testing technology. The institute have 11 authorized patents, applying to research and develop professional inertia tester of the braking and transmitting e performance, as well as a series of the special machine with the goal of  meeting international industry standard. Testers are widely used in various friction performance testing of aerospace, marine, aircraft, ship, automobile, engineering machinery, railway and other fields, becoming the domestic institute with independent intellectual property brand. A high-tech automated controlled 1:1 inertial braking test bench for rail vehicles, developed with three independent intellectual property patent technologies, is used for 1:1 braking performance testing of rail trains, high-speed trains, high-speed and medium speed trains, subway brake pads, and brake shoe products, as well as friction, wear, thermal load, reliability, and recovery performance of various high-end new materials such as powder metallurgy, metal/ceramic, carbon/carbon, and carbon/ceramic Testing and evaluation of degradation performance and limit testing. 1:3   Scale Dynamometer

The " Rail Train Braking Material Performance Test Scale Dynamometer " developed with patented invention technology is used to perform the national industry "TB/T3470-2017 EMUs Powder Metallurgy Brake Pads " and other 16 related standard tests, and the international standard "UIC541 -3 General Regulations for Acceptance of Brake Pads in Europe" and "UIC541-4 General Approval Conditions for European Brakes-Brakes with composite brake blocks ". MM3000 friction material performance testing machine

The small sample shrinkage simulation brake inertia series testing machine is developed with five independent intellectual property rights. It can meet the test of braking and transmission performance under various working conditions such as heavy load, high speed, high temperature, water showering and sudden braking. It is an inertial thermal shock brake test in which the friction and wear characteristics of the two major categories of dry and wet friction materials are controlled in an all-round way with a small sample test. It is a comprehensive performance testing machine for friction, wear, thermal load, decay performance, recovery performance, limit experiment and reliability testing performance analysis and quality evaluation of composite materials. It can simulate the automatic climbing test function on the test bench, determine the durability and failure point of the clutch, and accurately and quickly compare the quality of the clutch. The coverage of testing functions, accuracy of data collection, convexity and dominance of curve features, operability of system mechanisms, integrity of full process intelligent control, and automatic simulated hill climbing testing function have filled the gap in the comprehensive performance testing technology of motorcycle clutches.
