Yantai Sintron Auto Parts Co., introduces international leading production and inspection equipments, with professional R&D and testing centers, we proceed with strict quality management system.

With special manufacture processes, we develop backing plates specially for commercial vehicles. There’re two series production lines, casting and laser cutting lines to meet requirements from different clients.

With continuous researches and improvements, our production capacity is 4 million pieces annually. Our backing plates possesses many advantages such as light weight, high shearing strength, good thermal conductivity, high stability and short lead time etc.

1.铸造钢背 casting backing plate

铸造钢背系列产品是公司近年来研究开发的新成果，经过多年发展，我们的钢背产品型号日趋齐全，材质为QT450/500/600/700，可根据客户要求定制；平面度、尺寸公差≤0.2mm；可满足客户各个层面的最高要求。

With years of R&D, our casting backing plate have a complete models to satisfy different customers. Materials are QT450/500/600/700, which is adjustable according to your requirements. Flatness tolerances are below 0.2mm as well as size precision.

2.焊网钢背steel backing plate

切割钢背系列产品是公司目前着力发展的新产品。钢背材质为Q235/355/420，采用最先进的激光切割设备切割成型后再对 U型槽等位置进行精细加工。激光切割工艺比传统的冲压工艺精准度更高、变形度更小、切割面更光滑。

摩擦材料粘接面我们采用最先进的全焊工艺及起刺工艺，焊网牢固度远远高于行业标准，起刺高度与弯度也远超行业常见工艺水平。

Steel backing plate is our featured products. Materials are Q235/355/420. We apply advanced laser cutting machines to cut and CNC machining the u-shape groove. The precision is higher than stamping with smoother cutting surface.

We introduced advanced full mesh welding as well as wire drawing processes. Our fastness is much higher than industrial standard.

3.公司设备equipment

为了满足钢背市场的多样化需求，我们共引进了两条生产线:

铸造线：我们采用覆膜砂壳型工艺，从熔炼到成型的每一步都严格进行过程控制，确保每一片产品都符合国标要求。

激光切割线：我们引进了比冲床更稳定更高效的激光切割设备，并辅以高性能焊机与加工中心，不断提高产品质量与产能效率。

Now we have two production lines to meet customers requirements.

Casting Line: With precoated sand shell mould process, we control strictly each process from smelting to forming to make sure each product meets national standard requirements.

Laser cutting line: We introduced laser cutting machines, high performance welding machines and CNC to improve products quality and our production capacity.
